Thank you so much for your interest! I graduated from the Montana School of Massage in Missoula in 2007.

Much of my continuing education has been centered around structural work, studying in work from Erik Dalton, Brian Utting, & Richard Rossiter. Over time, my style has developed in to muscle-specific techniques, moving slowly to sense the changes in soft tissues to indicate areas requiring focus that need to be relieved of pressure & releasing adhesions. The end result is more efficient movement as the number of restrictions are reduced.

I take pride in & very much enjoy my work, allowing me to stay present & focused on the individual, tuning in to what their body needs, as massage is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor! I look forward to helping you feel your best, so you may go thru your days with greater ease & less distraction from pain.
